本實驗室的研究興趣在於運用人工智慧技術(如大數據分析、智慧計算、演算式計算、資料探勘、機器學習及深度學習)應用於各個領域(如生物辨識、電腦視覺、智慧物聯網、最佳化問題、生物資訊及生物醫學資訊)。我們致力於跨領域的研究合作與產學合作，目前合作的研究團隊包含高醫生命科學系、高醫牙醫學系、北科大資工系、義大癌治療醫院癌症資源中心的老師及研究員。

In our laboratory, we are interested in artificial intelligence technologies (e.g. big data, computation intelligence, evolutionary computation, data mining, machine learning, deep learning) for application of Various area (e.g. biometrics, computer vision, artificial intelligence of things, optimization problem, bioinformatic and biomedical informatics). We are committed to interdisciplinary research cooperation, and academia and industry collaboration. Our research partners are including Kaohsiung Medical University (Department of Biomedical Science and Environmental Biology, Kaohsiung Medical University, and School of Dentistry), National Taipei University of Technology (Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering) and E-Da Cancer Hospital (Center of Cancer Program Development)
