Cross-field Teaching and Research Faculty
The faculty of our department is complement to !§Department of Computer and Communication!‥ and !§Department of Information Management!‥, as well as to other related departments such as business, management, language, academic, etc. These departments are combined together to form a cross-field teaching and research team to proceed various information application system and related key technique development. The future increased employment will be base on the cross-field research experience and to enhance the development of integration research plan. Also, we will continue employing the outstanding local and foreign teachers as our visit-scholars to advance the level.
Industry-academy Cooperation Partnership with Consideration to Local Development
The establishment of our department is helpful to resolve the current need for a great deal of high-tech professions. Moreover, we can build up a good cooperation with the manufacturers in the south area, such as Tainan Science Park, Luchu Science Park, Kaohsiung Science Park, and Pingtung Science Park which is under formulation. Our department combines students and teachers from different fields to form a research team which focused on the key technique research and build up the close partnership with the industry.
