         近年來,從穿戴式裝置、智慧家庭和城市到工業自動化,物聯網裝置的數量呈現爆炸式的增長。由於與人們和其他實物的互動增加,物聯網為收集大量數據提供了絕佳的機會。人工智慧技術可以實現對物聯網設備收集的資料進行及時分析,幫助設備根據輸入的資料立即採取行動。智慧物聯網(AIoT)結合了物聯網和人工智慧技術,以實現物聯網設備的決策和分析。物聯網使配備有感測器、通訊協定和其他技術的實物網路能夠通過網際網路與其他設備和系統交換數據,而人工智慧實現了資料分析和自動決策。

        因應智慧物聯的快速發展,本實驗室(AIoT Innovation Lab)的主要目標為開發智慧物聯創新應用,包含(1)智慧物聯網資料收集與傳輸技術;(2)智慧物聯網設備定位機制;(3)智慧物聯網資料分析預測等。

In recent years, there has been an explosion in the number of Internet of Things devices, from wearable devices, smart homes and cities to industrial automation. Due to the increased interaction with people and other physical objects, Internet of Things (IoT) provides an excellent opportunity to collect large amounts of data. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies enable real-time analysis of the data collected by IoT devices and help the devices to take immediate action based on the input data. Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) combines the IoT and AI technologies to enable decision making and analysis of IoT devices. IoT enables networks of physical objects embedded with sensors, communication protocols, and other technologies to exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet, and AI enables data analysis and automated decision making.

In response to the rapid development of AIoT, the main objective of this lab (AIoT Innovation Lab) is to develop innovative applications for AIoT, including (1) AIoT data collection and transmission technology; (2) AIoT device localization (positioning) mechanism; (3) AIoT data analysis and prediction, etc.
